The Opportunity

Downer Energy & Utilities is seeking experienced Scaffolders to join our team for upcoming works at Kogan Creek Power Station in Queensland.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a high-performing team delivering critical maintenance and outage support within a major power generation facility. Working in a safety-focused environment, you'll be responsible for erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures to support maintenance activities and ensure safe access for all workgroups on site.

We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work, demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, and thrive in a team environment.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• High Risk Work Licence with Scaffolding (Intermediate or Advanced preferred)
• Previous experience in industrial, power generation, shutdown, or outage environments
• Current Construction White Card
• Ability to read and interpret scaffold plans and drawings
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards
• Ability to work effectively within a team and support site productivity targets
• Working at Heights and Confined Space within 2 years
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport
