Levande is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Operations Manager to support our national Sales & Marketing function and growing development portfolio.
This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys meaningful, structured work, partnering closely with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Development, Property and Operations to bring clarity, discipline and consistency to complex delivery environments.
About the role
The Sales & Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for the program management and coordination of sales and marketing activity across Levande’s development projects, as well as broader strategic initiatives.
At any given time, the role supports 8–10 development projects at different stages of the development lifecycle, alongside national Sales & Marketing initiatives that require strong planning, sequencing and collaboration.
This role plays a critical part in enabling teams to do their best work, ensuring priorities are clear, interdependencies are understood, and delivery is well-governed and achievable.
What you’ll be responsible for
Establishing and managing end-to-end programs for all sales and marketing activity associated with development projects
Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, critical paths and interdependencies using MS Project
Facilitating regular program management and governance forums to track progress, manage risk and support decision-making
Providing program and project management support to Sales & Marketing leadership on major strategic initiatives
Supporting change planning and implementation for significant Sales & Marketing initiatives
Mapping key sales and marketing processes and supporting the development and implementation of standard operating procedures
Contributing to the continuous improvement of sales and marketing playbooks
Supporting planning, reporting and governance cycles, including Board and Development Committee reporting
Assisting with budget tracking and cost management across Sales & Marketing cost centres in partnership with Finance
About you

You are likely to bring:
Experience in program or project management, operations, or sales/marketing support roles
A track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Confidence using structured project management tools and frameworks
The ability to work effectively with senior leaders and influence outcomes through clarity and credibility
A thoughtful, disciplined approach to delivery, balancing pace with quality
Experience with MS Project, process mapping and exposure to sales or marketing operations is highly regarded.
Salesforce exposure and budget tracking experience are desirable but not essential.
