Sales and Operations Manager

WorkTrybe are recruiting for an experienced Sales and Operations Manager
to lead and develop a team of Sales Specialists in a fast paced, high performance environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Sales and Operations Specialists
• Supporting the team with complex customer scenarios, escalations and application challenges
• Driving team productivity, conversion performance and service standards
• Conducting regular one-on-ones, coaching sessions and performance reviews
• Managing workflow prioritisation and ensuring key opportunities progress efficiently
• Supporting customers and internal stakeholders through escalations and complex conversations
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes and operational efficiency
• Monitoring KPIs, quality standards and team performance metrics
• Identifying opportunities to improve systems, workflows and automation
• Supporting onboarding, training and capability development across the team
• Creating a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture

To Be Successful You Will

• Have previous leadership, coaching or mentoring experience within sales, financial services or customer-focused environments
• Be passionate about developing people and driving high performance
• Bring strong commercial judgement and decision-making capability
• Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Be confident managing escalations and challenging situations
• Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Thrive in fast paced, target driven environments
• Have experience working cross functionally with multiple business teams
• Have experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce (highly regarded)
• Experience within financial services, fintech or a high-growth environment will be highly regarded
