Start: IMMEDIATE
Pay: $37 -39 p/h + penalties, travel allowance, meal allowance & overtime
Opportunity: Ongoing work with Temp → Perm potential

We're looking for reliable, work-ready Roller Operators & Civil Labourers who show up, get the job done right, and take pride in their work.

The Role: 

• Grade checking & supporting general labouring tasks
• Operating rollers (smooth & padfoot) with confidence
• Delivering consistent, high-quality work on subdivision & bulk earthworks projects
• Working as part of a team that depends on each other to get the job done

• Proven experience in civil construction or roller operation
• Roller Ticket (RII) - ESSENTIAL
• White Card + relevant safety tickets
• Full PPE (long sleeve hi-vis, long pants, steel caps)
• Reliable transport & a reputation for turning up and getting stuck in
