Rockwear Training Coordinator - Rosebery, NSW

We are seeking a passionate and organised Training Coordinator to lead and support team training and development across our retail network. This role will report to the Head of Retail and is responsible for ensuring our team members receive high-quality learning experiences that enhance performance, drive sales, support compliance, and foster professional growth — all while living and breathing the Rockwear and RAG values. Key Responsibilities Training & Development Partner with the Senior Retail Team to identify and prioritise training needs Plan, create, and deliver engaging training content focused on customer experience, sales techniques, and product knowledge Coordinate and implement the annual Rockwear training calendar Maintain and update training materials across the Dayforce Learning platform and intranet Continuously improve content based on measurable outcomes and team feedback Analyse engagement survey results to enhance learning initiatives Support the Retail Field Team to ensure all new team members are inducted in line with brand values and culture Retail Operations Manage store communications and weekly newsletter updates Ensure Rockwear and RAG values are consistently upheld Support WHS, Visual Merchandising (VM), and store standards compliance Assist departments within brand when required Provide VM support including heat mapping and signage coordination Recruitment Oversee the Rockwear Careers page, ensuring job ads align with brand standards Support State and Area Managers with phone screening and recruitment activities About You Experience in retail training, learning & development, or a similar role Content creation and facilitation skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities Experience managing learning platforms Passion for retail, customer experience, and team development Strong alignment with brand culture and values Driver’s license and vehicle required Why Rockwear?
