We are currently seeking experienced Intermediate & Advanced Riggers (RI–RA) for ongoing FIFO shutdowns across major Port and Mine sites throughout WA in 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent, well-paid shutdown work across multiple tier-one projects.

The Role: You will be working within Cranes/Rigging shutdown crews supporting lifting, rigging, and maintenance operations across fixed plant and infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rigging duties in line with lift plans and site procedures
• Assist crane operators with safe and efficient lifting operations
• Conduct pre-start checks on rigging equipment
• Interpret lift studies and follow supervisor instructions
• Maintain high standards of safety and compliance on site
• Work effectively within shutdown teams in high-pressure environments

Requirements: All applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, undertake random and ongoing drug & alcohol screening, and meet the following:

• Intermediate or Advanced Rigging Licence (RI / RA)
• Minimum 2 years of rigging experience
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence
• Working at Heights (within 2 years)
• Construction White Card
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Ability to perform in fast-paced shutdown environments
• Current VOCs (within 2 years)
• HR / HC / MC Licence
• HRI, BHP, FMG Inductioned
• MSIC (preferred, not a must)
• National Police Clearance (NPC)
• Previous shutdown, port, or mine site experience
