Your next career opportunity  
You will coordinate research enablement, partnerships and applied translation across three Schools and the Melbourne Education Clinic. You will lead and develop a small embedded team, standardising workflows and driving quality research support services. You will also support Graduate Researchers by coordinating lifecycle processes in partnership with specialist colleagues. 

What you will deliver:  

  • Coordinate Faculty-wide partnership and engagement activities, including events, showcases, practitioner sessions and Melbourne Education Clinic initiatives. 

  • Oversee consistent research enablement processes across Schools, standardising templates, tools and workflows with quality assurance and escalation. 

  • Lead, coach and manage Research and Operations Officers, setting priorities and building capability for high-quality local delivery. 

  • Maintain research and partnership tracking tools, dashboards and reports to inform Faculty decision making and governance. 

  • Collaborate with School Operations Managers and central services to ensure aligned, compliant and effective School-embedded research support. 

  

You may be a great fit if you:  

  • Hold a relevant tertiary qualification and bring substantial experience in research administration, partnerships or higher education operations.

  • Apply sound grant administration knowledge and research support skills to enable projects, partnerships and Graduate Research activities. 

  • Support governance committees with confidence, preparing high-quality briefings, documentation and advice for strategic and operational decisions. 

  • Demonstrate strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, managing competing deadlines in dynamic, evolving environments. 

  • Communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, building collaborative relationships across Schools, central services and external partners. 

  • Use Microsoft Office and university research or teaching systems confidently, adapting quickly to new tools and processes.
