As the Regional Operations Manager (Corporate), you'll be the driving force behind operational excellence across a region of GYG restaurants — leading, coaching, and developing a team of Senior Culinary & Operations Coaches and Culinary & Operations Coaches to deliver exceptional food, outstanding guest experiences, and strong commercial results.
You will translate state strategy into clear, consistent execution, build high-performing teams, and ensure there is no compromising on food safety, quality, and operational standards.
