The Role
Based in our office in Balcatta, we’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant (mid–senior level or experienced recruiter) to join our team and take ownership of a busy desk across construction and trades.
This role will suit someone who wants either:

• a strong desk to grow and develop further, or
• an opportunity to step into more ownership, autonomy, and leadership depending on experience

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment (sourcing through to placement)
• Building strong relationships with clients and site managers
• Growing and maintaining your own client portfolio
• Sourcing high-quality trades, labour and technical candidates
• Conducting interviews and site-based engagement
• Working closely with hiring managers to fill urgent roles quickly
• Achieving placement and revenue targets

About You
You’ll thrive here if you are:

• Experienced in agency recruitment
• Confident on the phone and not afraid to chase leads
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Naturally competitive and driven by results
• Strong at building relationships quickly and honestly
• Organised and able to manage multiple roles at once
