What you’ll be doing:

• Build and grow your own Allied Health recruitment desk in a high-demand market

• Use your insider knowledge to match AHP professionals with the right opportunities

• Become a trusted partner to healthcare organisations and clinicians alike

• Source and engage candidates through your network, referrals, and digital channels

• Manage the full recruitment journey — from first conversation to successful placement

• Identify opportunities to grow your market and maximise your earnings

What you’ll bring:

• A background in Allied Health (e.g. Physiotherapy, OT, Speech Pathology, Radiography, etc.)

• A desire to step into something bigger, with more variety and financial upside

• Confidence communicating with people and building strong relationships

• Curiosity, drive, and a willingness to learn

• Resilience and motivation to succeed in a performance-driven environment

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
