About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Quarry Manager to lead operations at our Tynong Quarry. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quarry performance, including:

  • Championing safety and environmental excellence
  • Driving operational success through cost control, quality assurance and meeting budgets
  • Supporting the Sales team to achieve site revenue goals
  • Leading and mentoring staff and contractors to excel
  • Ensuring regulatory, licensing, and compliance standards are upheld
  • Shaping and executing strategic capital works and maintenance plans

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in quarry operations, ideally in a supervisory or management position
  • Strong understanding of the Quarrying Safety & Health Act & Regulations
  • Sound knowledge of hard rock quarrying and crushing processes
  • Financial acumen, with experience planning, managing budgets, and controlling costs
