What’s on offer?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project/Safety Coordinator to support our Cocos and Keeling Islands Project on a FIFO 2:1 roster. The Cocos (Keeling) Islands (CKI) are located 3,000km north-west of Perth in the Indian Ocean, and boast two coral atolls comprising of 27 smaller islands.
In this role, you will assist with project coordination of site induction, flights and mobilisation, safety documentation, reporting, compliance records, and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the projects’ safety operations. You will ensure compliance with SWMS, risk assessments, plant inspections, and permits to work and assist in ensuring any hazards that have been identified are escalated to the relevant person to address and close out.
