We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Controls Co-ordinator to oversee all quality assurance and quality control activities across our projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on varied industrial construction projects while ensuring compliance with formal standards and regulatory codes.

- Audit and influence - Conduct internal and supplier audits with the authority to drive compliance and improve performance across the supply chain
You'll be responsible for preparing project-specific Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), conducting internal and supplier audits, ensuring SHEQ plan implementation, and monitoring project delivery compliance. Your duties include assisting with MDR preparation, maintaining contractor management databases, conducting workplace inspections and Safe Act Observations, and ensuring training records are current in the MyOSH system.
What You'll BringEssential:
- Trade Certificate or Degree qualification
- AS1796 certification
- AS2214 certification
- CSWIP 3.2 certification
- General WHS Induction for Construction (White card)
- Welding Supervisor qualifications (WTIA AS1796-10, Welding Inspector)
- Current C Class Licence
- Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to adapt to different approaches and changing project needs
Highly Regarded:
- Internal Audit or Lead Assessor qualifications
- NACE Painting Inspector certification
- Tank building industry experience
- Certificate IV OHS and Training
- AICIP/API 653 Inspector qualification
- Experience with Aconex Document Management Tool
