What’s on offer?

An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate, committed, and experienced Project Manager to lead our Airfield Infrastructure and Specialty Surfacing Division. You will manage the full project lifecycle, demonstrate strong leadership, and live our REAL values while ensuring safe and successful project delivery.

This role will work across, commercial and private airports along with Defence bases, providing the incumbent with the opportunity to travel across the country and is an ideal position for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the chance to explore the country as part of their work. You will be joining a high-performing and supportive team, with access to great rewards, career development opportunities, and the chance to contribute to a successful and growing business.

Defence clearance is required for this role and as such we are only able to consider applications from Australian Citizens.

You will have:

  • Strong demonstrated Project Management and Leadership experience with a Safety first approach
  • A successful track record of delivering civil construction projects on time and on budget.
  • An innate ability to harness and nurture internal and external stakeholder relationships, and work collaboratively within a complex and diverse environment.
  • The ability to drive and motivate team and project performance delivery.
  • Sound influencing, negotiation and resilience skills.
  • Relevant Engineering or Project Management Qualification.
