Production & Warehouse Roles – Forklift Required - $35-$39.10/hr!

Job Connect is recruiting for two forklift-ticketed roles with a respected international manufacturer in the Building Supplies industry based in Brisbane’s West.

Production Machine Operator (Batch & Blending)

Operating within the manufacturing team, this role focuses on producing industrial powder blends to GMP and quality specifications.

Employment Structure:

• Ongoing casual until August then strong potential for permanency based on performance

Key Duties:

• Operating blending and batch production machinery
• Following GMP/batch sheets accurately
• Completing QA documentation
• Loading raw materials (20kg bags) into hoppers
• Using forklifts to move materials and finished goods

Ideal Background:

• Minimum 1 year batch production or processing experience
• Experience completing GMP or QA paperwork
• Current LF Forklift Licence with operating experience
• Strong safety and quality focus

Pick / Packer (Fast-Paced Warehouse Environment)

Working within dispatch and warehouse operations, this role supports production output and customer orders in a high-volume setting.

Key Duties:

• Picking and packing finished goods
• Palletising, wrapping and preparing stock for dispatch
• Maintaining accuracy under time-sensitive conditions
• Manual handling and repetitive tasks
• Forklift operation (site-based training provided — forklift use commences approximately 3 months after start)

Ideal Background:

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Warehouse or pick/pack experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Reliable and physically capable
