About the position:
As a Production Operator, you’ll be a vital part of our manufacturing team, safely operating and maintaining production equipment to keep our lines running smoothly. You will work with a strong safety‑first mindset while carrying out quality checks to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
About the candidate:
- Strong fault‑finding and troubleshooting capability.
- Safety‑ and quality‑focused mindset
- Solid understanding of GMP and HACCP principles.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound numeracy and literacy skill.
- Flexible and adaptable to varying rosters, shift work, and overtime.
- High attention to detail with a proactive approach.
- Team‑oriented with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Experience in food processing, warehousing, SAP is advantageous (not essential).
