We are seeking a safety-focused, motivated Production Operator to join our team at the Henderson, WA facility. Reporting directly to the Facility Manager, you will play a crucial role in production, quality analysis, and supply chain operations, ensuring the safe and reliable delivery of essential gases to our customers.In this hands-on operational role, you will be trained to manage high-pressure gas filling systems and quality testing. Your mission is built on four core operational pillars:
Direct Production & Automated Filling: Fulfill cylinder filling requirements utilizing computerized, automated systems to maintain stock levels. Safely manufacture dry ice to meet consumer demand and state-wide distribution schedules.
Logistics & Forklift Operations: Safely load and unload cylinder delivery vehicles by hand and using a forklift, adhering strictly to Australian load restraint regulations. Organize, sort, and distribute empty and filled cylinders within the facility's high-pressure zones.
Quality Assurance & Cylinder Testing: Conduct routine cylinder pressure and structural integrity testing in strict compliance with Australian standards. Perform analysis checks on gas purity and product mixtures as per standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintaining meticulous quality records.
Safety Stewardship & Operational Agility: Maintain an absolute, zero-compromise commitment to safety (HSEQ) guidelines. Safely operate across our rotating shift schedule to support continuous supply chain flow.
Shift Patterns (Rotating Weeks):
Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, rostered between 5:30 am to 6:00 pm.
Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Friday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Licensing Requirements: A current Forklifts (LF) is essential.
Technical Aptitude: Foundational knowledge of process plant operations, hand tools, and mechanical equipment.
Procedural Literacy: The ability to read, interpret, and strictly execute technical guidelines, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
