We are seeking a hands-on Production and Warehouse Assistant to support our growing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, technical work, takes pride in quality and thrives in a team environment.

About the Role

You will play a key-role in assembling our electro-mechanical products and sub assemblies, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality, safety and reliability. When required, you’ll also support warehouse and despatch activities to keep materials flowing smoothly yhtough the business.

This is a varied, active role suited to someone who likes working with their hands, solving problems and contributing to a positive, collaborative workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Production (primary function)

• Assemble electro‑mechanical products and sub‑assemblies using drawings, documents and work instructions

• Complete production, quality and traceability documentation

• Conduct functional testing using provided test jigs

• Maintain high quality and safety standards

• Identify opportunities for process or cost improvements

• Keep the production area clean, organised and safe

• Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts

Warehouse & stores support (as required)

• Receive, store and manage incoming goods with accurate inventory control

• Pick, prepare and supply materials/kits to production

• Monitor stock levels and escalate shortages

• Pack and prepare outgoing goods, including basic freight documentation

• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment

About You

Essential

• Experience in electrical and/or mechanical panel assembly

• Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions in English

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Right to work in Australia (citizen, permanent resident or valid visa)

Desirable

• Current forklift licence

• Victorian driver’s license

• Experience with power electronics

• Wire crimping and cable preparation skills

• Experience in warehouse, stores or despatch environments
