Product Analyst – Disclosure

Product Governance and Disclosure Team

Join Vanguard Australia’s Product Governance and Disclosure Team and play a key role in maintaining high‑quality, compliant disclosures across our investment and superannuation products.

Reporting to the Senior Disclosure Manager, this role offers exposure across Managed Funds, ETFs, Superannuation and IDPS, working closely with Product, Legal, Compliance and global stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Draft, review and maintain regulatory disclosures, including PDSs, ensuring accuracy, clarity and compliance

• Support disclosure policies, due diligence processes and governance standards

• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and SMEs across Australia and VGI

• Manage multiple disclosure deliverables with strong attention to detail and deadlines

• Contribute to continuous improvement of disclosure processes and tools

What we’re looking for

• Tertiary qualification in Law, Finance, Business or similar

• Experience in funds management or superannuation, ideally in product, legal or compliance

• Strong written communication, analytical skills and attention to detail

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities

Nice to have

• Knowledge of investment products and disclosure requirements

• Experience with offer document or content management systems
