Description

We are seeking a Product Disclosure Specialist, preferably based in Melbourne, but happy to look at other locations across Australia, to support the delivery and ongoing maintenance of disclosure documentation across Super, Managed Funds and Platforms. This role works closely with the Disclosure Manager and key internal and external stakeholders to ensure product documentation is accurate, compliant, and delivered in line with regulatory and governance requirements.

The role offers strong exposure to regulatory frameworks, product governance, and disclosure operations within a collaborative financial services environment.

Your role, your contribution!

  • Support the end-to-end preparation, review, maintenance, and distribution of Fund and Platform disclosure documents, including Product Disclosure Statements (PDSs) and Target Market Determinations (TMDs)
  • Monitor regulatory and product changes, assess impacts on the disclosure suite, and support updates and related communications
  • Coordinate the delivery of disclosure documentation across multiple channels, including web, email, platform notifications, mail house, and third-party dissemination
  • Maintain accurate records, audit trails, approvals, verification materials, and historical document libraries in line with compliance requirements
  • Support due diligence activities and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
  • Use document production and disclosure systems (e.g. Objective Keystone) to issue and manage required documentation
