What’s on offer?

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Plant Trainer/Assessor to deliver high quality, compliant training and competency assessments in heavy mobile plant operations. Working with a leading Registered Training Organisation, you will support learners in achieving nationally recognised qualifications, ensuring they meet industry safety standards and operational excellence.

You will be responsible for:

  • Plan, deliver and facilitate training sessions for mobile/fixed plant operations.
  • Conduct fair, valid and reliable competency-based assessments.
  • Provide coaching, feedback and support to learners to build skills and confidence.
  • Maintain accurate training records and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Regularly conduct plant inspections
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all training complies with OHS requirements.

How you’ll connect to the role:

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
  • Extensive industry experience operating and/or maintaining heavy mobile plant.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and people skills with the ability to engage diverse learners.
  • Current HR Licence
  • White Card and valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel – FIFO/DIDO.
