About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and collaborative Plant Scheduler to create, manage and optimise the tactical production schedule for our iconic Yatala Brewery. If you enjoy problem-solving, working cross-functionally and keeping operations running smoothly - this is a great opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the end-to-end production schedule for packaging
• Translate the weekly plan into a feasible, efficient near-term site schedule
• Work closely with key stakeholders to balance service, cost and operational efficiency
• Lead and support daily/weekly planning communication cycles
• Proactively manage issues such as efficiency changes, demand shifts or quality impacts
• Act as the key link between Supply Planning and Manufacturing Operations
• Manage planning tools, parameters and constraints to optimise performance
• Identify and support process and systems improvement opportunities
• Maintain documentation and best-practice standards
• Provide holiday relief support within supply chain planning when required

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re calm under pressure, love coordinating moving parts, and enjoy working with both data and people.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in production, planning or inventory roles - ideally FMCG
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to problem-solve and make informed scheduling decisions
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and planning tools
