  • Liaise with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders to support effective delivery of planned maintenance activities.
  • Assist with contractor and internal crew coordination, ensuring works are delivered in line with specifications, timeframes and quality requirements.
  • Support safety, environmental and quality compliance by identifying risks, applying documented controls and escalating issues or non‑conformances as required.

About You

  • Experience working in a construction, road maintenance or infrastructure environment, with exposure to planned maintenance or asset management activities
  • Working knowledge of pavement treatments, maintenance or rehabilitation works, with a willingness to continue building technical capability.

  • Alignment with Fulton Hogan’s REAL values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & Leadership, and a commitment to our Living Safely culture.

You will hold a Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Project Management or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in road and civil construction and maintenance.
