THE ROLES 

• FIFO and DIDO positions across WA mining, shutdown, and heavy industrial projects 
• Shutdown and ongoing scope opportunities - back-to-back availability for the right candidates 
• Surface preparation, abrasive blasting, and industrial coating application 
• Work to coating specifications, QA/QC standards, and client requirements 
• Completion of inspection records and job documentation 

  
WHAT YOU BRING 

• Minimum 3 years industrial painting and blasting experience in mining, shutdown, or heavy industrial environments 
• Solid understanding of coating systems, surface profiles, and QA/QC standards 
• Ability to set up and operate blasting equipment to required profiles 
• Trade qualification preferred; strong hands-on site experience considered 
• Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets highly regarded 
• Fit for FIFO/DIDO work - physically fit, safety-focused, team player 
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English to a working standard

• $55–$70/hr depending on project, experience, and tickets
