Duties
• Drive strategic plan delivery across programs
• Lead service teams to achieve measurable outcomes
• Ensure legislative, audit, and contract compliance
• Oversee budgets, KPIs, and financial performance
• Build therapeutic, trauma-informed practice
Skills & Experience
• Degree in social work, psychology, or related field
• Leadership experience in Foster Care or OOHC
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic frameworks
• Budget management and financial oversight skills
• Current driver licence and probity checks
