Through our National Immigration Support Service (NISS), we provide compassionate, culturally safe, and trauma-informed support to people impacted by forced marriage living in the Australian community. We walk alongside individuals and families on their journey, helping them navigate what can be complex and challenging systems and empowering them to reach their goals, one step at a time.
About the role
As an Operations Manager in the Forced Marriage Specialist Support Program (FMSSP), you will provide support to the case management team who work intensively with individuals, families and communities involved in the FMSSP. You will lead and develop a team in a recently established program and hold responsibility across multiple different program areas to ensure the team meets program specific goals.

Life Without Barriers offers a dedicated After-Hours Service (AHS) for all NISS and Child Youth and Family programs. AHS ensures efficient responses to after-hours events that cannot wait until the next business day, relieving our front-line staff from on-call duties and significantly improving their work-life balance.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and NSW Working with Children Check.
