Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join the VIC Small Business & SME Leadership team, where you’ll work closely with the State Manager and Regional General Managers to support operations, strategy, risk, customer outcomes (NPS), and key communications.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the Small Business & SME service offering, contributing to the performance and success of the distribution business across a range of outcomes.

As a representative of the National Distribution Operations team, you’ll partner with Small Business & SME RGMs and their teams to drive operational excellence and deliver consistent, high‑quality sales leadership support across regions.

What do I Need? 

• Partner with Commercial Banking teams to ensure operational management excellence and support sales leadership initiatives
• Develop and lead the implementation of action plans to achieve key business goals in partnership with Business Operations and Operations Managers
• Manage operating rhythms, disciplines, and communications that support business development, performance, customer advocacy, and engagement
• Support with driving strategic growth with a focus on targets and revenue generation 
• Deal with a variety of stakeholders across cross functional divisions
• Manage all onboarding activities for new starters
