Your Impact
As a Full-Time Operations Manager, you will play a key role in leading day-to-day operations and driving service excellence.This is a diverse, on-the-ground leadership role where you will balance service delivery, people management, client relationships, and business development - all while supporting Good Sammy’s mission.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in horticulture, landscaping or grounds maintenance.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and support small teams.
- Strong understanding of WHS and safe work practices.
- Confident engaging with clients and quoting work.
- WA Driver’s Licence with experience operating machinery and towing trailers.
- Values purpose-driven work and enjoys developing people alongside performance.
