As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a capable and organised Office Administrator to support our Office Manager and keep operations running smoothly.
The Role
This is a hands-on administration role in a fast-paced trade environment. You will play a key part in supporting job coordination, customer communication and invoicing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and managing customer enquiries
- Booking and scheduling jobs
- Managing email inboxes
- Preparing jobs for invoicing
- Quote follow-ups and customer “happy calls”
- Maintaining accurate job and compliance records
- Strong administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Organised and able to prioritise
- Confident using computer systems and software
- Experience in a trade or service business (highly regarded)
- Must be based in Australia with full rights to work full time without sponsorship or visas
- Stable, full or part -time position
