Lasseters is seeking a confident, visible, and decisive Night Operations Manager to oversee all casino floor operations during night trading hours.

This is not a desk role. This is hands-on leadership.

You will be responsible for operational continuity, regulatory compliance, guest safety, service excellence, and cross-department coordination when senior day management is off-site.

What You Bring

• Strong leadership presence on the floor

• Calm decision-making under pressure

• Solid understanding of gaming operations & compliance

• Solid understanding of F&B operations & alcohol compliance

• Experience supervising multi-department teams

• Commitment to responsible gambling, responsible service of alcohol & guest safety

• Ability to work nights, weekends & public holidays

What You’ll Do

• Maintain strong visibility across the gaming floor

• Lead night shift teams (F&B, Gaming, Security, Supervisors)

• Monitor compliance & responsible alcohol/gambling obligations

• Manage incidents professionally and decisively

• Protect the integrity of Lasseters’ license & reputation
