Mobile Plant Operators

KMH Workforce is currently seeking experienced Grader, Dozer, Loader and Excavator Operators with current Tier 1 mining site inductions for upcoming shutdowns and project work across the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

We are looking for safety-focused operators with proven mining and civil experience who are ready to join a growing workforce delivering quality outcomes for our clients.

About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Demonstrated experience operating Graders, Dozers, Loaders or Excavators in a mining or civil environment
• Current Tier 1 mining site induction (Rio Tinto, BHP, FMG, Roy Hill or similar)
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

Highly Regarded

• Multiple Tier 1 mining site inductions
• Additional machinery competencies and VOCs
• Current nationally recognised tickets and licences
