About the Role

We’re currently seeking experienced Loader Operators, Excavator Operators and Moxy Operators to join our new site in Cranbourne. With the exciting expansion of Repurpose It, we’re looking forward to growing our team at this location.

Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Safely Operate Plant Machinery as directed
• Participate in daily Toolbox/Pre-start meetings with the wash plant tea
• Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance of equipment
• Report any mechanical issues to the Maintenance Team Leader
• Maintain accurate records, including site diaries, delivery logs, and OH&S documentation
• Complete timesheets and ensure accurate recording of labour and plant hours

About You

• Hold a valid Mobile Plant Ticket (Loader, Excavator, Moxy etc.)
• 3+ years’ experience driving and operating plant machinery
• Valid Australian driver’s license
• Willingness to complete pre-employment checks (national police check, medical, etc.)
• Flexibility to work overtime and outside regular hours as needed
