Every day, our work supports fair, timely and independent outcomes for customers and patients. Behind this is a high-performing operational team—one that values empathy, inclusion and collaboration as much as it does accountability and results.

This role will suit an Operations Manager who is not only outcomes-focused, but who takes genuine pride in building strong teams, understanding the detail, and contributing to a workplace where people want to stay and succeed.
