Our tech services provide mechanical sampling design and commissioning for all bulk particulate materials.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Fitter to join our Muswellbrook team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the reliable maintenance of mechanical sampling systems, helping us deliver high-quality service to our clients while supporting strong customer relationships and operational performance.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure equipment is running safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

What you’ll be doing

  • Carry out maintenance and servicing of automatic sampling systems
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with client requirements
  • Respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate routine maintenance activities
  • Support and train junior team members as required
  • Liaise directly with clients to ensure strong service delivery
  • Ensure maintenance work is cost-effective and efficient
  • Follow all site safety and compliance requirements
  • Perform other duties as required on site

Qualifications

You’ll be part of a supportive team where your work directly contributes to operational success and customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity to develop specialist skills in mechanical sampling systems.

What you’ll bring

  • Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or similar mechanical trade (Light Vehicle Mechanics are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office and Excel
  • Experience with mechanical sampling systems is an advantage, but not essential (full training provided)
