Maintenance Electrician

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team at Wetherill Park. In this hands‑on role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our production operations running safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

You’ll be the go‑to expert for maintaining, diagnosing, and improving our equipment, helping to minimise downtime and keep our production room performing at its best.

Your new role will include:

• Respond promptly to breakdown callouts across the shift
• Work within our CMMS to complete preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance
• Carry out regular inspections and testing of electrical systems
• Recommend fixes and improvements, including replacement strategies
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and reliability

About You

You’re a motivated and self-driven Maintenance Electrician with strong troubleshooting abilities and the commitment to keep a fast-paced manufacturing environment running smoothly.

You’ll thrive in a team that values collaboration, communication, and a solutions focused mindset.

 We are ideally looking for:

• A relevant trade certificate
• Current Australian Electrical Licence (essential)
• Dual trade qualification (highly regarded)
• Strong experience in electrical maintenance
• Solid fault-finding and problem solving skills
• A focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience in FMCG or production environments (desirable but not essential)
