What’s on offer?

Fulton Hogan is proud to have been awarded the Victorian Road Maintenance Contract with the Department of Transport and Planning, starting 1 July 2026.

This means we will be on the ground delivering critical road construction, maintenance and resurfacing works throughout the Loddon Mallee Region, including:

• Working on planned maintenance programs designed for long-term performance
• Rebuilding and rehabilitating major road sections
• Delivering high-quality resurfacing works across priority networks
• Responding to urgent repairs to keep roads operational

As a result, Fulton Hogan is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator (South) based in Kyneton, Bendigo or Echuca to provide leadership and coordination across multiple maintenance programs. This role is responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient and cost-effective delivery of works by internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring outcomes meet contractual requirements as well as client and community expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee operational employees and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to plan
• Interpret and apply contract clauses, pricing schedules and works activity specifications to achieve best-practice safety, financial and reputational outcomes
• Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to internal delivery teams and subcontractors
• Coordinate the delivery of multiple maintenance programs to ensure works are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain strong client and community relationships through effective communication and reporting on completed works

About You

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the road infrastructure maintenance or construction sector
• At least 5 years’ experience in an operational role managing resources across maintenance and/or construction programs
• A qualification in engineering, project management or a related discipline is desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel and Word
• Experience using computer-based Asset Management Systems or similar platforms
