An opportunity has arisen for a permanent full-time Team Member at the Regency Park production facility in Adelaide. We are looking for 2 new team members to be trained in a number of skills and machines within the Regency Park site - specifically 1x Machine Operator (operating a Flat Bed die cutter) and 1x Machine Assistant.

Your responsibilities:

• Setting up and operating of machinery (Flat Bed die cutter) / processes in a safe manner
• Undertaking quality checking and process adjustment
• Maintain a clean and well organised workplace
• Communicate with other team members and team leaders
• Operate machines / processes efficiently to achieve production targets

Specifically for this role, we are ideally looking for a candidate that has:

• Experience with in operating machinery within a production environment (experience with Bobst Flat Bed die cutters would be highly regarded, but is not a mandatory requirement)
• Have a good eye for detail
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions
• A Team player
• Mechanical aptitude
• Motivated and good timekeeping
• The ability to work on a rotating shift arrangement
