You can choose the shift that best suits your lifestyle from Day, Afternoon or Night.

The primary focus of this role is operating and setting plastic extrusion machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Full training will be provided, and once you are ready, you will be given autonomy and ownership of your machine and production line.

Key responsibilities include:

• Setting up extrusion machines and performing die changes
• Adjusting line speeds, temperatures, and other critical machine settings
• Monitoring high-speed production processes for efficiency and quality
• Conducting regular quality checks and ensuring products meet specifications
• Working collaboratively with other operators on simultaneous processes

Success in this role relies on a strong commitment to safety, quality, and following production procedures.

Being team-orientated is essential, as communication and coordination with your colleagues will be critical to achieving daily production targets.
