We are seeking expressions of interest from internal candidates for a Logistics Officer role based at our Cannon Hill Cold Stores facility. This is a Full-time permanent opportunity from 4pm – 12am Monday – Friday.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of our products to customers and partners. You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing carrier relationships, and maintaining compliance with food safety and cold chain standards. 

About you: 

Reliable and punctual 

Strong communication skills 

Proactive with a solutions-focused approach 

Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems 

A positive team player 

Experience in a similar role is advantageous 

Key responsibilities include: 

Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments 

Monitoring temperature-sensitive logistics 

Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers 

Maintaining accurate documentation in line with compliance requirements 

Supporting inventory tracking and warehouse coordination 

Ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards
