Logistics Manager

Tierra Bulk Foods, established in 2019, is dedicated to bringing the essence of Mediterranean cuisine and lifestyle to Australian farmers' markets. Inspired by the founders' memories of vibrant markets in Southern Europe, Northern Africa, and the Middle East, Tierra specializes in wholesome and sustainable pantry staples.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, coordinating, and overseeing the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
• Managing inventory levels and monitoring stock movement to maintain accuracy and minimise shortages or excess stock.
• Coordinating deliveries, dispatch schedules, and warehouse activities to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Liaising with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to maintain effective logistics operations.
• Monitoring logistics performance and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, company policies, and relevant regulations.
• Maintaining accurate logistics records, reports, and documentation.
• Assisting management with strategic planning and operational logistics requirements.

About You:

• At least one year of relevant experience in a logistics, warehouse, supply chain, or operations management role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate multiple logistics activities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience using inventory management, logistics, or warehouse management systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
• Ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team environment.

Job Type: Permanent/Full-time
Salary: $76,000 - $85,000 per annum.
