It’s a hands-on leadership role that connects strategy, people, and purpose. You’ll oversee the full logistics cycle across Australia to ensure every medical delivery whether a box of consumables or a complex equipment installation arrives on time, every time.You’ll manage fleets, coordinate deliveries, supervise installations and servicing schedules, and be the driving force behind our shared services logistics strategy. Collaboration with our delivery, installation, and service teams will be key to ensuring smooth, efficient, and customer-focused operations.What You’ll Do• Lead the domestic freight network from inter-site replenishments to final-mile delivery across Australia. • Manage and develop YES Medical’s delivery fleet and logistics strategy to ensure we stay future-ready. • Oversee delivery operations, installations, and post-sales servicing to uphold our one-stop-shop promise. • Drive continuous improvement, analyse performance data, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. • Partner with vendors, track KPIs, and manage logistics systems (TMS/FMS). • Support invoices, tenders, and monthly reporting in line with financial goals. • Foster a strong, connected logistics team culture that’s customer-focused and performance-driven.Who You Are• At Least 3 years experienced in freight, fleet management, or delivery operations (bonus if from a medical or service industry). • Energetic, hands-on, and customer obsessed. • Exceptionally organised and calm when things get busy. • Strong communicator who leads by example. • Confident using logistics technology and analysing data to make decisions. • Passionate about teamwork, both on the road and in the office.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love problem-solving, and take pride in getting things from A to B efficiently and safely, you’ll love this role.
