We’re on the lookout for a Logistics Co-Ordinator to join our busy Laverton North Head Office distribution team initally on a 12 month fixed term. This role is responsible for supporting our domestics and international logistics function through supporting full operations as part of the wider Logistics Team. There is huge opportunity for growth within this role and the opportunity to be part of an Australian manufacturing success story! This is a Monday-Friday permanent opportunity with flexibility to come as you are. 

How You’ll Help Us Grow   

• Ensure financial accuracy and efficiency by collating and cross‑checking invoices prior to authorization
• Manage pallet reconciliations by partnering closely with pallet providers to maintain accurate records
• Own carrier coordination and transport bookings, building strong relationships to support seamless freight movement
• Drive order flow from start to finish, collating and releasing orders for the operations team to pick and dispatch
• Deliver outstanding logistics customer service, working closely with Customer Service to manage enquiries and processing changes
• Support performance visibility through completion and distribution of KPI reports for the management team
• Coordinate international logistics operations, preparing import/export documentation, liaising with freight providers, and maintaining status and KPI updates
• Oversee dispatch administration, preparing driver paperwork, delivery manifests, and domestic freight documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement, supporting the maintenance and updating of SOPs and work instructions across logistics functions
• Optimize distribution routes, consolidating loads into efficient local delivery runs for drivers

What do you bring?  

You’re a proactive self‑starter with a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for continuous improvement. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and take pride in doing things right—always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to achieve best practice.

You bring solid Logistics/Warehousing administration expertise (essential) with exposure to import and export operations and distribution planning, but a sharp willingness to learn is just as important.

You’re confident working across ERP systems, email platforms, and the Microsoft Office suite, with strong Excel skills being a must. You approach your work with an analytical mindset, enjoy working with data and KPIs, and are known for your strong problem‑solving abilities.

Knowledge of OHS, WHS, and ADG compliance will set you apart, as will your ability to work collaboratively while managing competing priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
