About the Role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you are responsible for supply planning and coordinating the efficient delivery of products at all locations in Australia and New Zealand.

You are working closely with the Demand Planner and Purchasing Administrator, collaborate with a broad range of suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve and optimise the end-to-end supply chain, and support the preferred approach to inventory management, establishing a supply plan that meets the demand forecasts as efficiently as possible.

About You

You’re a highly organised and detail‑focused logistics professional who thrives in a fast‑paced supply chain environment. With around 2 years of experience in a similar logistics, supply chain or coordination role, you bring a strong understanding of planning, scheduling and ensuring timely, accurate product movement.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• A working knowledge of the NetSuite (or similar ERP) purchasing module application

• Advanced Excel and ERP skills

• Reporting and basic Power BI

• Proactive Stakeholder Management

• Strong organisation, attention to detail and time management skills

• Excellent customer service & communication skills, both written & verbal

• Ability to build strong relationships with suppliers

• Strong negotiating skills
