The Opportunity:

We’re looking for looking for a Merchandise Logistics Coordinator to help keep our products moving seamlessly across warehouses, partners, events and customers.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where accuracy, relationships and foresight really matter. You’ll sit at the centre of our merchandise operations, working closely with Product, Buying, Sales, Operations and external logistics partners to ensure stock is visible, controlled and delivered on time.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinating inbound and outbound logistics across all merchandise channels (retail, community clubs, events and customer fulfilment)
  • Acting as the day-to-day contact for 3PLs, freight forwarders and courier partners
  • Monitoring stock movements and inventory accuracy across systems and warehouses
  • Flagging risks early (e.g. delays, ageing stock or inefficiencies) and helping solve them collaboratively
  • Supporting stock reconciliations, audits and inventory reporting
  • Providing clear, reliable stock and delivery insights to internal teams (Product, Finance, Sales and Customer Service)

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain or inventory coordination (this is essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Confidence working with data, systems and spreadsheets (Excel experience is key; NetSuite exposure is a bonus)
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach in a fast-moving environment
  • Someone personable and proactive who enjoys working cross-functionally
  • Exposure to the sporting or events industry is a plus, but not a must
