Job Description

Location: FIFO Perth to Cue
Roster: 2/1, 7 Days, 7 Nights, 7  Days Off - 12-Hour Shifts
Rate: $57.81 per hour + Superannuation
Type: Permanent 

Join our Road Logistics Team as an experienced Loader Operator. You’ll be flying into Cue, which serves as the central hub for our Weld Range mining operations. From Cue, you’ll work primarily at Iron Ridge Mine while also supporting operations at our newer site, Beebyn-W11, which has recently commenced mining, with additional pits in the Weld Range coming online in the future.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently loading quad side tipper road trains in a production mining environment.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

  • Accurate product loading following load plans using a loadmaster unit
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of AMMS requirements
  • Minimum two years’ experience in similar role
  • Proven safety track record & have an ongoing commitment to safe work practices
  • Ability to work independently with demonstrated high-level work ethic
  • Ability to follow strict workplace and safety procedures
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people
  • Willingness to complete pre-employment medical exam

Qualifications

  • Current C Class Driver’s licence
  • WA600 or similar experience
  • National Loader Ticket (preferred but not essential)
