Fenix Resources Ltd (ASX: FEX) is a fully integrated mining, logistics and port services business operating in Western Australia’s Mid-West. Fenix is growing at Weld Range following the securing of a 290Mt high-grade iron ore resource, underpinning its move toward 10Mtpa and driving expanded mining and logistics activity across the region. Supported by strong global partners and a fully integrated mine-to-port network, Fenix is entering a new phase of growth, backed by a clear production plan and pipeline of development projects.

Location: FIFO Perth to Mullewa
Roster: 7 Days, 7 Nights, 7  Days Off - 12-Hour Shifts
Rate: $57.81 per hour + Superannuation
Type: Permanent 

Join our Road Logistics team as an experienced Loader Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading quad side tipper road trains while maintaining high operational standards. You will be supported with accommodation and meals provided at a fully equipped site camp, offering modern conveniences.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

• Accurate product loading following load plans using a loadmaster unit
• Sound knowledge and understanding of AMMS requirements
• Proven safety track record & have an ongoing commitment to safe work practices
• Ability to work independently with demonstrated high-level work ethic
• Ability to follow strict workplace and safety procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people
• Willingness to complete pre-employment medical exam

• Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role loading bulk materials such as iron ore into road trains
• Current C Class Driver’s licence
• WA600 or similar experience
• National Loader Ticket (preferred but not essential)
