Key Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to load customer and dump trucks
• Feed raw materials into the plant and manage stockpiles
• Assist with material handling and site traffic flow
• Conduct daily pre-start checks, basic maintenance, and refueling
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas
• Monitor material quality and prevent cross-contamination
• Support general quarry operations as required
• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or issues

About You

• Proven experience operating a front-end loader
• Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to handle repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in a quarry or similar industrial environment
• Willingness to operate other machinery (training provided)
