What’s on offer?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Long Line and/or Push Plant Line Marking Operator to join our team based in McGraths Hill. The team is open to reviewing applications from both experienced candidates and those who are interested in making a start in the industry.

Day to day you will:

  • Supporting the team in the delivery of line marking works

  • Producing high quality work

  • Complying with company policies and procedures

  • Working Safely and efficiently

  • Reporting and monitoring of workplace hazards, risks and incidents

How you’ll connect to the role?

We're looking for candidates who have line marking/industry experience or a desire to learn and progress in a new industry. Candidates will need to have:

  • Roadwork experience advantageous, but not necessary

  • Willingness/drive to learn

  • Possess a strong commitment to safety to monitor and report workplace hazards, risks, issues, and incidents

  • Prepared to work overtime and night works as required as well as work/stay away from home across regional NSW

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate with management for effective work planning and resource allocation

  • Ability to operate line marking truck and or Push Plant ensuring high quality workmanship is achieved to meet and exceed client’s specifications and expectations

  • Ability to train and develop new team members

  • Ensure QA records are maintained, and daily reports are completed on time with accuracy

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Tickets & Qualifications:

  • White card

  • Active Drivers Licence C Class (HR is desirable)

  • Traffic Management ticket desirable

The pre-employment process will involve a medical check including a drug and alcohol screening.
