Retail, Consumer & Auto (RCA) provides specialised contract warehouse and distribution services to a range of industries across the globe including Consumer & Beverages, Specialty Retail, Auto and FMCG. We offer our customers an array of robust and flexible logistics and warehouse distribution solutions in the third-party logistics (3PL) market.
As we prepare to launch our new Distribution Centre contract in Kemps Creek, we’re expanding our high‑performing team and are seeking two critical roles to help drive inventory accuracy, availability and performance:
Inventory Planning Manager
Inventory Controller
These roles are pivotal to the success of the operation and will suit professionals who thrive in fast‑paced, high‑volume warehouse environments and are passionate about delivering best‑in‑class inventory outcomes for our customers.
As the Inventory Planning Manager, you will Provide all encompassing operational and resourcing plans through the management of stock storage levels and targets.
Key responsibilities include:
Successfully manage stock through the warehouse to ensure efficient use of warehouse resources to maintain business goals.
Tolls reputation for leading edge logistics solutions is fostered with customer through managing and optimising the planning and inventory control procedures and processes for maximum warehouse efficiency.
Toll’s key stakeholders both internal and external are managed to accomplish goals of both parties resulting in collaborative and productive long-term relationships.
Budgets, expenditure, and financial compliance requirements are continually reviewed and reported to ensure both the customer and Toll’s financial expectations are met.
People strategies are continually implemented and reviewed to ensure a positive workplace culture that meets the organisations and regional compliance requirements.
As the Inventory Controller, you will be hands‑on in ensuring inventory integrity across the operation. You will play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy, managing discrepancies and supporting operational teams to meet service and compliance expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead and manage inventory control processes including stocktakes, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry into inventory systems.
Investigate discrepancies and manage stock integrity, including damage assessments.
Prepare and present inventory KPI reports with actionable insights.
Oversee waste removal and manage long-term stock holdings.
What we’re looking for
For both roles, we are looking for individuals who bring:
Proven experience in inventory planning or inventory control within a warehouse or 3PL environment
Strong understanding of WMS and inventory management principles
High attention to detail, strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset
The ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused operation
Leadership experience is essential for the Inventory Planning Manager, while hands‑on inventory control experience is key for the Inventory Controller.
