Our client is a leading national supplier of warehousing, storage and transport solutions. Due to continued business growth, this well-established organisation is now seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator / Inventory Controller to join their team.

$35–$45/hr + Super, depending on experience
Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | Immediate Permanent Consideration for the Right Person
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM

What will this position entail?
This varied role offers an approximate 50/50 split between warehouse administration/inventory control and hands-on warehouse duties, depending on daily operational needs. Duties will include:
- Process 3PL customer orders and respond to email enquiries.
- Pick, pack and scan orders using RF and WMS systems.
- Operate reach and counterbalance forklifts.
- Build and prepare palletised orders for dispatch.
- Print labels, dispatch paperwork and POD documentation.
- Record shipment weights, measurements and order details.
- Receive, scan and put away incoming goods.
- Complete general inventory control and warehouse duties.
How can I be successful in this role?
- Previous warehouse, inventory, 3PL or logistics experience.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, RF scanners and WMS systems.
- Current LF Forklift Licence with reach and counterbalance experience.
- Confident with manual handling, picking and packing.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport.
- Full Australian working rights.
